Spanning nearly four years, I held progressively dynamic roles in marketing while at Morris. As the Director of Marketing, I successfully managed and led integrated marketing plans to drive revenue growth while collaborating closely with c-suite executives and ownership to define sales strategies and expansion. Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the marketing team, I ensured the timely delivery of email marketing, advertising, public relations, and social advertising campaigns while analyzing competitor markets and industry trends.
My tenure at Morris served as the cornerstone of my career. It equipped me with a comprehensive skill set that laid the foundation for my subsequent professional roles. The hands-on experience I gained while leading a team, integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with top executives, and managing diverse initiatives provided me with invaluable insights into the dynamic world of marketing.

A Closer Look at The Work:
I developed and executed the overall marketing strategy for two additional company divisions, InteRise and The Tracking Room, and managed the development of the company's sales support strategy, encompassing email marketing, loyalty, digital strategy, CRM, and direct mail. In my preceding role as Marketing Manager, I further honed my skills, developing and implementing the overall Morris brand marketing strategy for all company divisions, overseeing marketing materials, and determining initiatives to meet business goals through various channels.
As a Marketing Strategist prior to that, I spearheaded dynamic social media campaigns, managed website content, coordinated video and photography strategies, and facilitated media-related training. Throughout all of these roles, the skills I gained enabled me to excel in jobs that have followed and positioned me as a strong and adaptable marketing professional, ready to take on new challenges and opportunities with confidence.
In 2021, Solotech announced the acquisition of the company, marking a significant milestone in the organization's journey.

InteRise
UNVEILING A FRESH IDENTITY TO REACH TARGETED AUDIENCES
InteRise was formerly known as Morris Integration, the installation division of production rental company, Morris Light & Sound. I led the rebrand initiatives with a full scope brand audit resulting in a top-to-bottom overhaul of the company name, websites, logos, graphics, merchandise, and communications. I managed the website development progress, collaborated with the sales teams and executive members on new brand concepts, and created press communications about the changes. Throughout the new brand launch I oversaw and managed day-to-day activities of the marketing team, implemented a SEO strategy, and created a working budget for the team.
