ELEVATING A GLOBAL BRAND
In my role as the Digital Strategy & Social Engagement Coordinator at IXE Healthcare Group, I undertook a diverse range of responsibilities that were instrumental in the organization's mission.
My primary focus was on leading initiatives related to public health safety communications during the pandemic. I collaborated with healthcare leaders and local government entities to ensure the company's messages and information were effectively disseminated to the public. Building strong partnerships and understanding the healthcare and regulatory landscape were vital components of this aspect of my role.
As a link between the city of Reno and the various divisions of IXE, I ensured that all communications and initiatives were well-coordinated and aligned with the overall strategy. During the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, I took the lead in launching and managing charitable endeavors, demonstrating my commitment to the community and highlighting my ability to adapt and respond to urgent needs quickly. Efforts in this area supported the community and enhanced our organization's reputation and social engagement.

In addition to my other responsibilities, I also played a role in launching the initial phases of planning for the marketing efforts surrounding the new Swift Sportsdome partnership. The collaboration between IXE and the Sportsdome, a state-of-the-art 120,000-square-foot sports complex, was an exciting development. The partnership brought northern Nevada a distinctive and cutting-edge sports and healthcare experience. My involvement in the early marketing planning phases helped set the stage for a successful launch and the realization of our vision for this innovative sports and healthcare complex.
The role I had at IXE was multifaceted and impactful. I was responsible for delivering public health safety communications, driving strategic projects, supporting business development, and actively engaging with our community. My skill set and proactive approach significantly contributed to the success and impact of our organization and its subsidiary brands during this time.

Cross-Functional Brand Projects for CEO & CMO: Successfully orchestrated numerous high-impact presentations for various C-Suite executives that they then used to present company-wide, fostering a united and inspired workforce.
Enhanced B2C Marketing Initiatives: I helped develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that targeted consumers effectively, resulting in increased brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Tradeshow & Event Management: Successful brand exposure, lead generation, and networking opportunities, contributing to the company's overall marketing objectives. Redesigned the Bridgestone Tire Operations conference booth, elevating its appeal and engagement potential.
Development of Brand Marketing Materials: By creating and developing brand marketing materials, I supported the company in presenting a compelling and consistent brand image to the market. These materials were used in various marketing campaigns and initiatives such as updated signage at Bridgestone Arena.
Consistent Reporting and Forecasting: I ensured consistent reporting of brand marketing activities, providing the company with valuable insights into the performance of marketing initiatives. Additionally, I delivered timely and accurate monthly forecasts, aiding in better decision-making and resource allocation.
