ELEVATING A GLOBAL BRAND
I played a pivotal role in shaping the global brand as Bridgestone was at a critical juncture with updated branding and messaging as it transitioned into a Sustainable Solutions Company. During my time at the company, I was responsible for maintaining and increasing the brand's value, awareness, and relevance across the B2C and B2B sectors. My primary focus was on the development and execution of their internal company Northstar Vision as well as branding and team events at Bridgestone Arena. I also assisted with their new brand messaging platform, What Really Matters, which now serves as the foundation for all Bridgestone brands and business activities.

I had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of brand and marketing communication activities. Working closely with both consumer and commercial tire and mobility solutions marketing teams, I played a pivotal role in driving the company's branding and marketing efforts. Reporting to the Director of Branding & Marketing Communications, I collaborated with various teams, including consumer, TBR, Bandag, OTR, and Ag business marketing units.
My role mainly focused on B2C marketing, and I worked closely with executives, mobility solutions marketing managers, product managers, sales teams, and digital and communications teams on cross-functional brand projects. Additionally, I supported the execution of tradeshows and events across the marketing enterprise, managed marketing communication channels, coordinated enterprise content for customer and internal sales communications, and developed brand marketing materials.
I played a crucial role in coordinating the enterprise integrated marketing planning calendar, executing CRM strategies, and supporting global brand activities in North America. Finally, I ensured consistent reporting of brand marketing activities across the company and provided timely and accurate monthly forecasts for my areas of responsibility. My experience at Bridgestone Americas allowed me to contribute to the company's marketing success by working on a wide array of impactful initiatives and projects.

Cross-Functional Brand Projects for CEO & CMO: Successfully orchestrated numerous high-impact presentations for various C-Suite executives that they then used to present company-wide, fostering a united and inspired workforce.
Enhanced B2C Marketing Initiatives: I helped develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns that targeted consumers effectively, resulting in increased brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Tradeshow & Event Management: Successful brand exposure, lead generation, and networking opportunities, contributing to the company's overall marketing objectives. Redesigned the Bridgestone Tire Operations conference booth, elevating its appeal and engagement potential.
Development of Brand Marketing Materials: By creating and developing brand marketing materials, I supported the company in presenting a compelling and consistent brand image to the market. These materials were used in various marketing campaigns and initiatives such as updated signage at Bridgestone Arena.
Consistent Reporting and Forecasting: I ensured consistent reporting of brand marketing activities, providing the company with valuable insights into the performance of marketing initiatives. Additionally, I delivered timely and accurate monthly forecasts, aiding in better decision-making and resource allocation.
